Battle Teams has released many Gold- and Elite-tier Tactical Weapons, but Dragon Breath is the first Legendary Tactical Weapon.
As expected from its tier, it introduces the strongest Tactical Weapon damage amplification so far, combining critical-rate bonuses, automatic background attacks, damage protection, crowd-control resistance, and accessory customization.
Dragon Breath Finale provides approximately 370% additional damage and 36% Critical Rate for 30 seconds, but its extreme energy consumption makes it suitable mainly for advanced Adventure accounts.
1. How to Obtain Dragon Breath
Important: Dragon Breath Crystals are available at half price during the first week. Players planning to obtain Dragon Breath should purchase them before the discount ends.
The acquisition process is similar to Oracle and Starshatter.
Step 1: Draw Dragon Breath Gift Boxes to obtain Dragon Breath Origins.
Step 2: Continue drawing to obtain Dragon Breath Heritage.
Step 3: Use Gold to obtain the Dragon Breath Crystal required for the Finale evolution.
Gift Box Rewards and Crystal Requirements
The following event screens display the first-spin reward probabilities and the total number of Dragon Breath Crystals required at each stage.
Obtaining Dragon Breath Finale requires approximately 30,000 Gold to guarantee the necessary Dragon Breath Crystal.

3. Weapon Characteristics
Dragon Breath
In Big Head Hero, Big Head Knife Fight, Mutation, Challenge, and Adventure modes, press E to enter the Dragon Breath state.
While active, the Overheat Level continuously increases.
Once Overheat exceeds 60, press the 5 key to summon Meteor Flame at the crosshair. Meteor Flame deals area damage and reduces the current Overheat Level.
Dragon Breath ends automatically when HP or Energy becomes too low, or when the maximum duration is reached. When the state ends, Overheat returns to zero.
Adventure Mode Resource Consumption
Once Overheat exceeds 60, Dragon Breath begins consuming Energy.
The higher the Overheat Level, the faster Energy is consumed.
Meteor Flame restores Energy when it hits enemies, with additional recovery when it defeats them.
Mutation, Challenge, and Big Head Resource Consumption
In these modes, Dragon Breath consumes HP instead of Energy once Overheat exceeds 60.
Meteor Flame restores HP when it hits or defeats enemies.
Phase 1 — Flame Cleanse:
Triggering Meteor Flame also activates Flame Cleanse around the player, removing enemy-created obstacles within range.
Dragon Spirit
Overheat provides damage amplification to every weapon in the active backpack.
The higher the Overheat Level, the stronger the damage amplification.
In Adventure Mode at Phase 1, reaching the required Overheat threshold also increases Energy Critical Rate.
Keel
At Phase 1, when Overheat exceeds 60, the player becomes immune to most stun effects.
Enemy-created obstacles are excluded from this immunity.
If a hit exceeds a threshold based on maximum HP, the excess damage is blocked and Overheat increases.
Repeated triggering within a short period reduces the Overheat gain rate.
Accessory Modifications
| Accessory |
Effect |
| Heart of Fensagu |
Restores Energy in Adventure Mode, or HP in Big Head, Mutation, and Challenge modes, when Dragon Breath ends. |
| Dragon Soul |
Temporarily stops Energy or HP consumption when Overheat reaches maximum. Activates once per skill. |
| Dragon Spirit |
The first Dragon Breath activation of a new round consumes no Energy or HP. |
Practical testing:
Heart of Fensagu: The most consistently useful accessory because it meaningfully reduces resource loss.
Dragon Soul: The protection lasts only around 2.5 seconds, making it less effective than expected.
Dragon Spirit: Useful for the first activation, but the 12,000-coin cost makes its value questionable.
4. Adventure Mode Performance
Dragon Breath currently provides the highest Tactical Weapon Combat Power.

Dragon Breath Finale currently provides the strongest Tactical Weapon damage and Critical Rate boost in Adventure Mode.
Once Overheat reaches 60, players must repeatedly press 5 to trigger Meteor Flame and reduce Overheat.
Failing to control Overheat can drain the player's Energy in approximately 10 seconds.
Dragon Breath's Energy consumption is among the highest in the game and is comparable to Dark Crystal.
Successfully hitting enemies with Meteor Flame restores nearly 30% of the player's Energy.
Equipping Heart of Fensagu significantly improves Energy management.
After Dragon Breath ends, Energy can return almost immediately to full, making the accessory valuable both for sustained damage and emergency Energy recovery.
5. Weapon Summary and Acquisition Recommendation
| Category |
Evaluation |
| Adventure Damage |
Exceptional, especially at Finale. |
| Critical Rate |
Up to 36% at Finale. |
| Resource Consumption |
Extremely high without strong Energy recovery. |
| Mutation Performance |
Less effective than Fate, Flawless, and Grey Core. |
| High-Difficulty Bosses |
Excellent for Dragon Maze, Rapid bosses, and other damage-intensive content. |
| Ease of Use |
Requires frequent use of the 5 key to manage Overheat and Energy. |
Recommended For
Top Adventure accounts:
Highly recommended if Energy recovery is strong enough to sustain Dragon Breath.
Players with Energy recovery below one-eighth of total Energy:
Not recommended because the skill will drain resources too quickly.
Mutation-focused players:
Fate, Flawless, and Grey Core remain better choices.
Dragon Maze and Rapid boss players:
Dragon Breath is an excellent high-damage option, especially with Dragon Spirit or Heart of Fensagu.
Final Verdict: Dragon Breath is the strongest Tactical Weapon for high-end Adventure damage, but it is not universally efficient. Players with strong Energy recovery will benefit enormously, while lower-recovery accounts may find it difficult and expensive to maintain.
Overall Rating: 8 / 10
