For Traveler Illiah, it will cost based on estimation between 30-60 Beacon ( arround 2500 gold), to obtain enough crystals to exchange the char.
As for Pyra, the more you explore, the more the luck bar will increase, when the luck bar reach the max in worst case you will obtain the Pyra char for sure.
As estimation it cost arround 250 Beacon, depends on luck sometimes less sometimes more.
As for Travellers beacons, you can obtain them from this event:
During the event, for every 30 gold recharged, claim Engergy *1
Purchase Dimensional Beacon *1 with 1 Energy and 50 gold，and give away dimension points*500

With the insights you got, from the first page you can exchange for all the previous Elite weapons and some valuable enjoyable skins, not the mention the Dim Star V0 it self which is the main target for who wants to max this gun. 
Now the second exchange page include some important benefits as well as fragments to sync and evo the dim star, and other rewards for who love to join the dim star event but dont want to max it, he can enjoy other valuable rewards like jades, runes, medals to boost your account background and even flame and poly shards.
The third exchange page is important since it include the exchange gems that are unique for dim star and can not be obtained outside the event, so if your aim to get dim star, make sure to collect these gems as your priority before the shards even, since shard will cost 1 shard = 20 gold at most, while the gems will cost you 20k.
Not interested in maxing dim star ? no worries you got other gems to exchange for including blessing.
Now lets come the most important question players ask, how much this will cost us:
-As first step you need to obtain dim beacon since they are the priority exchange currency.
50 gold = 1 Beacon
500 Gold = 10 Beacon
5000 Gold = 100 Beacon.
50000 Gold = 1000 Beacon ( 600$ ~ recharge )
1 Explore will give you traveler insights between 50 -5000, depend on luck, the more you explore the higher your luck rates will becomes.
We did a test on 2 accounts, based on our statistics each 100 Beacon can grant you about 7000 insights, the more you spend the more you get.
With 200 beacon, you can reach up to 20k insights.

Mordecai is a machine gun that wont cost you more than 8000 gold, at the same time giving you a huge amount of damage and fast firing rate, this gun is the best for decent f2p players.
If you got hunting dog, combine it with mordecai and metal storm, you will have a very good damage allowying you to beat any expert extreme 5 level till hell city.
The pass is as simple as other battle passes, do missions, obtain xp, claim levels.
You can unlock the standard pass for 500 gold without any recharge by simply using the 21 day login check in.
You can unlock the premium pass for 1280 gold recharge.
If you are f2p who having hard time to grow, we urge you to get this gun asap.
By daily activity and try hard you can reach up to 180 level for free, the other 220 level you will have to buy them for 4500 gold arround + 500 + 1280 gold to unlock the passes, this is what it will cost you.
Lazy to do missions ? buy all 400 level for 8000 gold + 500+ 1280 gold.
Mordecai have 4 accessories. each accessory can be enhanced by 100 enhance stone to increase its effect, all are obtained from the pass with the same cost above.
